The Castle is one of the largest in Europe: its extension is twice the size of Buckingham Palace, three times the size of St. Peter’s Cathedral in Roma and six times the size of the Duomo in Milano. Ride a Bicycl-anda
Right after check-in jump on a “bicycl-anda” (the bicyl-e of the Loc-anda) and go quickly exploring the centre of the town to find out what it has to offer based on your objectives and the lenght of your stay. Stop to evaluate the menus of each restaurant on your preferred list, pick one and secure a good table for dinner (if you prefer we can help you with this). Plan in which order you want to visit churches and monuments that caught your attention during the ride so to optimise your tour on foot. Mulino di Mora Bassa is only a couple of kilometers from Piazza Ducale, but already amidst country fields.
Riding a bicycl-anda is the best way to move around the city, even where cars can’t go, feeling like a real “vigevanese”.
Bicycl-anda is free, but only available to those who book directly through our website.
